Aatrix will automatically print a 941 Schedule B form when you select the You were a semiweekly depositor checkbox.

Generate the Form 941.  The form will generate with 2 pages.  On the second page in Section 2 is a checkbox "You were a semiweekly schedule depositor". (The option to select monthly or semiweekly schedule depositor is not available if line 10 is under $2500)

Check the box and a message will appear "Semiweekly depositors much complete the 941 Schedule B"

Click OK on the message

A third page will then generate for the Schedule B
