The CAX files in the company data folder will help identify user names. Use the instructions below to locate these files:

1. Go to File > Open Company.
2. View the Directory column for your company.
3. Open File Explorer and browse to the location listed in the Directory column.
4. Click View and select Details if it isn't selected already.
5. Click the Type column header to sort the files by type. Locate the CAX files.
6. The name of the CAX file shows the name of the user name in Sage 50.
