Cause | The Next Date on the recurring charge is after the Cutoff Date entered for Generate Rent Roll. |
Resolution | - Verify the Cutoff Date entered for Generate Rent Roll was the correct date.
- Verify the setup of recurring charges on leases that did not have charges created as follows:
- From the Tasks menu, select Manage Leases, Change Lease.
- On the Recur Chgs tab, confirm that the Next Date on the recurring charge is less than or equal to the Cutoff Date you entered for Generate Rent Roll.
- Verify that the Terminate Date entered for the recurring charge is not before the Cutoff Date you entered for Generate Rent Roll.
