| | How do I delete a job in Project Management? |
| Resolution | Follow these steps to delete a job in Project Management:
- In Project Management, click Setup, Jobs.
- In the Job Setup window, enter the ID of the job you want to delete. You can click Find to search for a job.
- Click Delete, Yes to delete the job.
- In the Job Setup window, click Close.
Notes:
- You cannot delete a job that has an RFI, submittal, transmittal, meeting minutes, drawing log, or custom log created for it. However, you can delete a job if you first delete all its documents.
- When you delete a job in Job Cost, it does not delete the job in Project Management. It is still available in Project Management, and the Release to Accounting check box for the job is cleared.
- If you use security, you must have sufficient rights to delete a job.
