| Cause | - If you have a new idea or want to suggest a feature, submit feedback directly to Sage.
- The Sage Ideas site is an open platform where users can create, vote, and comment on enhancement requests.
- Sage engineering actively reviews submissions to improve the product.

| Resolution | Access the Sage 100 Ideas Site From within Sage 100 - Open Sage 100.
- Click the Help menu tab.
- Click Submit Product Idea.
Direct Link From Sage 100 Desktop - Select Web Content (lower left).
- Select Information Center (upper left).
- In the main display, scroll to "Share your Ideas" and click Ideas Site.
Using the Site - Search for existing ideas:
- Enter the keywords in the What's Your Idea? field and click Search.
- To search a phrase, use quotes (for example, "pick list").
- Click a Category to browse ideas.
- If you don't see your idea listed, click Create Your Idea.
- Log in or register if prompted.
- Fill in the Summary and More Details fields with:
- A clear description.
- Who benefits.
- Why it’s valuable.
- How to use it.
- How it differs from other ideas or features.
- Select the best Category.
- Check Vote for this idea if you want to vote for your own idea.
- Click Create Idea.
Track and Engage with Ideas - Use tabs to view idea status:
- Latest – Most recent submissions.
- Hot – Most active ideas.
- Top – Most popular by votes.
- My Votes – Ideas you voted for.
- Planned – Ideas in the works.
- Completed – Ideas implemented.
- Ideas in Planning or Completed have colored tags.
