| Resolution | [BCB:5:Third-party support:ECB] - Verify you have Crystal Reports Designer installed on the workstation.
- Verify the version of Crystal Reports is correct for the Sage 100 version you’ve installed. Sage 100 will only recognize Sage licensed editions of Crystal Reports:
- Verify Crystal Reports Designer is associated with .rpt files in Windows Folder Options.
- Verify Crystal Reports is the default program for opening .rpt files.
- If you aren’t familiar with how to do this, get assistance from your network administrator.
- Verify permissions within Sage 100 for the User Logon:
- In Sage 100, Open Modules, Library Master, Main menu, Role Maintenance.
- Select the role from the Role list, or create a new role.
- Select the Module Options tab.
- Open the Library Master folder.
- Select the "Allow Access to Crystal Designer" checkbox.
- Click Accept.
- If the issue persists, reboot the workstation. Then reinstall the appropriate version of Crystal Reports for Sage.
