| | Inventory reports don't complete, freeze or module close will not start |
| Resolution | - Check for a blank part under IC, Parts, Maintain Parts.
- If the first record in maintain parts is blank or lacks an ID, click Rename
. Give the blank part record an ID, such as ZBLANK. - Reports will generate successfully
- If you were trying to close inventory, restore a backup before attempting the close and start the close again
- Delete the blank part you renamed.
- If you’re unable to delete, contact Sage BusinessWorks Customer Support to have the part deleted. You can continue working until the part is deleted
