How do I upgrade files in Service Management?

Resolution
    1. Instruct all operators to exit Service Management until the upgrade files process is complete.
    2. Log on to the server with these permissions:
      • Network Administrator
      • Timberline Accounting Unlimited (privileged operator)

    3. Use Windows Explorer to verify the correct location of your SMData folder (X:\Timberline Office\Accounting\your company data folder\SMData, where X represents the drive on which you installed the Timberline program files).
    4. Start Service Management.
    5. Click OK when a message appears stating that your files need to be upgraded.
    6. Your data is upgraded as usual.
