Where to check for MyAssistant Event Viewer errors

Open the Error Log in MyAssistant (Version 22.1 and above)

  1. In MyAssistant Designer open the File Menu
  2. Select System Log
    Note:To save the logs click Export Log.

To access the Event Viewer from any server or workstation:

  1. Open the Start Menu, and go to Control Panel
  2. Open the Administrator Tools and select Event Viewer
  3. Select Windows Logs from the left hand pane and then Application from the sub menu below

To save a copy of the Event Viewer for submission to support:

  1. Follow steps above.
  2. Click Save All Events As on the right.
  3. Save the log to the desktop.
  4. Right-click on the log and select Send to, Compressed (zipped) folder.
  5. Send the zipped folder to support.

  • Setting up Tasks
  • Attaching Sage 300 reports to a Task
  • Testing MA Conditions or MA Formulas
  • Viewing the contents of a Sage 300 data field
