How do I track hours worked for salaried employees?

Resolution
  1. On the Sage 50 dashboard, select Employees & Payroll.
  2. Click the Employees icon and select View and Edit Employees.
  3. On the Employee List, select a salaried employee.
  4. Click the Pay Info tab.
  5. Select the pay frequency for the employee. The system will default to the expected Hours per Pay Period.
    • Weekly = 40
    • Bi-weekly = 80
    • Semi-monthly = 88
    • Monthly = 176
    • Annual = 2,112
  6. If the number of hours worked differs than the defaulted number of hours, manually enter the correct number in the Hours Per Pay Period field.
  7. Click Save.
