Unlock your Customer Portal account
Description

This article solves the error: "Your portal access has been locked. This could be because an administrator locked your account or you have not logged in for 180 days or more. Please contact a manager at your partner company or contact Sage to unlock your account."

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to the Sage Customer Portal and Log in.
  2. At the bottom, select Need to reset your password?
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
  4. You can log on immediately after unlocking your account. 
     NOTE: To avoid getting locked out of your portal account, update your temporary password with a new permanent password.
