| Customer Portal account locked |
Resolution | To unlock your portal account - Go to the Sage Customer Portal.
- Click Logon in the upper right.
- Select the Reset My Password option.
- Enter your E-mail Address that you used to logon.
- Click Submit.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- You can log on immediately after unlocking your account.
NOTE: To avoid getting locked out of your portal account, update your temporary password with a new permanent password. |
