Customer Portal account locked
Description
I cannot log on the customer portal. My account is locked.
Cause
Resolution

To unlock your portal account:

  1. On the Sage Customer Portal, click Logon and then select Reset My Password option.
  2. Enter your E-mail Address that you used to logon
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset pasword.

You can log on immediately after unlocking your account. 

Note: To avoid getting locked out of your portal account, always update your temporary password with a new permanent password.
