To unlock your portal account

  1. Go to the Sage Customer Portal.
  2. Click Logon in the upper right.
  3. Select the Reset My Password option.
  4. Enter your E-mail Address that you used to logon.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
  7. You can log on immediately after unlocking your account. 
     NOTE: To avoid getting locked out of your portal account, update your temporary password with a new permanent password.
