| Description | This article solves the error: "Your portal access has been locked. This could be because an administrator locked your account or you have not logged in for 180 days or more. Please contact a manager at your partner company or contact Sage to unlock your account." |
| Resolution | - Go to the Sage Customer Portal and Log in.
- At the bottom, select Need to reset your password?
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- You can log on immediately after unlocking your account.
NOTE: To avoid getting locked out of your portal account, update your temporary password with a new permanent password. |
