Crystal Report DLLs and/or registry keys are missing from the workstation

Use the following steps if issue occurs in 2018-2023 after installing 2023 on the same system

1. Uninstall SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32 and 64-bit) Version 13.0.30.3805
2. Reinstall SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 32-bit (i.e. C:\Sage100\2023\MAS90\wksetup\Prerequisites\CrystalRuntime\CR13SP30MSI32_0-10010309.MSI).
   

Sage 100 2018 Standard has been installed on server:

1. Install workstation software for Sage 100 2018 on user workstation
2. Test printing

Sage 100 2018 has not been installed on server or stations use the following steps:

• Verify all the .NET components are in place.

1. From the installation folder, navigate to the 'Prerequisites' directory. 
2. Run the .NET 64 installation if the workstation uses a 64 bit Operating System

• Reinstall Workstation Setup
  1. Uninstall workstation setup from Add or Remove programs. Select 'Yes' to remove all DLL's from the registry.
  2. Log in as the Administrator (access through remote session if installing on Terminal Server/Citrix)and install workstation client through Add or Remove Program.
• Manually register the following dlls:
  • C:\Windows\System32\Atl.dll
  • C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bin\CRDesignerCtrl.dll
  • C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\crystalreportviewer115\ActiveXContols\CRViewer.dll.
• If the error persists, uninstall and reinstall Crystal Reports
