Crystal Report DLLs and/or registry keys are missing from the workstation.

if the issue occurs in 2018 or later after installing 2023 on the same system

1. Uninstall SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32 and 64-bit) Version 13.0.30.3805.
2. Reinstall SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 32-bit.
   For example, C:\Sage100\2023\MAS90\wksetup\Prerequisites\CrystalRuntime\CR13SP30MSI32_0-10010309.MSI.
