After closing the print preview screen, the program becomes unresponsive. Users must end the task using Task Manager to continue working.
Cause
Third-party applications install conflicting Crystal User Function Library files. Older Crystal Runtime Engine versions conflict with the version used by Sage 300.
Resolution
Identify and rename the conflicting Crystal User Function Library file.
