| | How to update a Payroll Calculation Rate and Maximum |
| Resolution | - Open 5-3-1 Payroll Calculations.
- Locate the payroll calculation.
- Type the new rate in the Default Rate box.
- Type the new maximum amount in the Default Max box.
- Click File, Save.
- Click File, Recall.
- Click Options, Update Employees.
- Choose Update Default Rate and Maximum or Update Maximum Only Employees with this Calculation.
TIP: Don't use 5-3-1 to update all employees if rates and maximums vary by employee (for example, 401K). [BCB:154:Chat 100 Contractor US:ECB] |
