Set up Partner percentages in Fiscal Settings

After you set up your Partners, you can set up Partner percentages in Fiscal Settings; see How do I set up Partners in General Ledger?

1. In Fiscal Settings, click Partners.

2. In the Partner column, enter the partner's ID.
   Tip: Click List to select the Partner from a list.
3. In the Percent column, type the percentage of retained earnings that you want to distribute to this partner.
4. In the Retained Earnings column, enter the retained earnings account for the partner.
5. Repeat these steps for additional partners.
6. Click OK.
7. If you see the message, "Partner percentages do not total 100. OK to continue?" click No, and adjust the numbers in the Percent column so that they total 100%. Click OK again
