Resolution
  1. Select Help, Sage 50 Activation, Licensing, and Subscription Options.
  2. Choose Change your current version.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Enter the correct serial number.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Yes to the message displayed. If prompted, click Activate Online (Recommended).
