How do I add a formula onto my W-2 format?

Resolution
  1. Go to PayrollToolsModify FormsW-2 Forms.
  2. Click List, select the W-2 format, then click OK.
  3. Press the TAB key.
  4. Select the Amounts tab.
  5. Click in the box where the formula should appear.
  6. Click Formula, then select the correct formula.
    Note: Only formulas driven by the PR Employee record display. You can select a formula from either the PR Formulas or Public Formulas list.
  7. Click OKSaveClose.
