| How do I add a formula onto my W-2 format? |

- Go to Payroll, Tools, Modify Forms, W-2 Forms.
- Click List, select the W-2 format, then click OK.
- Press the TAB key.
- Select the Amounts tab.
- Click in the box where the formula should appear.
- Click Formula, then select the correct formula.
Note: Only formulas driven by the PR Employee record display. You can select a formula from either the PR Formulas or Public Formulas list.
- Click OK, Save, Close.
