The W-2 and W-3 for the Social Security Administration aren’t red
Description

When printing the W-2 or W-3 from Sage, the Form W-2 Copy A and the W-2/W-3 won’t print in red.

This occurs in Sage 300 CRE, Payroll, Tasks, Federal eFile and Reporting. It also occurs in Sage 100 Contractor, 5-4-1 Payroll, Federal and State Tax Filing, Federal Forms.

You don’t have to print the W-3 Social Security Administration copy in red ink.

The Social Security Administration approved this form. They’ll accept the form printed from your laser printer and submitted with black ink.
