How do I enroll for Aatrix eFiling?

Cause
Resolution
  1. Click the link to navigate to the Aatrix eFile website. https://efile.aatrix.com (Canadian version is https://efileca.aatrix.com)
  2. If you are new to the Aatrix's eFile website, click the Enroll link in the upper right hand corner and complete the enrollment process.
  3. Fill Out Enrollment Information. If any errors are determined, an error dialog will appear and you will need to correct any errors before you are able to continue.
    1. Create your personal username and password.
    2. Follow the instructions to complete your enrollment.
    3. Use this account to access filing history, answers to FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and important notifications.
  4. Once you have finished entering all the required information, click Enroll.

 

User name

 Select a username to be used for eFiling. The username must be between 8 and 50 characters long and can only consist of letters, (upper or lower case) and / or numbers.
Email   Enter the email address where you would like all correspondence from the Aatrix eFile center sent to.
Password Select a password to be used when logging into the Aatrix eFile Center. The password must be between 8 and 12 characters long and only consist of letters, (upper or lower case) and /or numbers.
Verify Password Re-Enter the password you created in the previous step.
Accounting Package Your Accounting package is called: "Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate".
Company EIN Enter the Federal Tax ID/ Employer Identification Number, (EIN) for your business.
Company Name Enter your Company Name.
Contact Name Enter the name of the person that should be notified, or contacted, for questions or concerns.
Address 1  Enter the address of the company
Address 2 If you have an address line 2, enter it in this field.
City Enter the City
State Use the drop down arrow to choose the state.
Zip Enter the zip code associated with the business address.
Phone Enter the phone number of the company
Fax If desired, enter your fax number here.
