How do I move a report in the Reports Manager list or delete a report from a menu?

Delete or remove a report from the menu:

  1. Start the application where you want to add the report.
  2. From the Reports menu, select Report Manager.
  3. In the Report Manager window, browse to the report you want to remove.
  4. Highlight the report and click Delete.
    Note: This will not delete the report from the Reports folder, it will remove it from your list of reports in Report Manager.
  5. Click Close to save.

Move a report to another location on the menu:

  1. Start the application where you want to add the report.
  2. From the Reports menu, select Report Manager.
  3. Click Arrange.
  4. In the Arrange Reports Menu window, browse to the report you want to move.
  5. Highlight the report and the Move up or Move down buttons to move the report.
    • Warning: Keep the menu groups in the default order. Reports can disappear from the menus if the groups are arranged out of order. For the default menu group orders, see article DocLink: What are the default Reports menu group order and Inquiry menu group order? They should be arranged in the default menu group order first, followed by custom menu groups, followed by reports not assigned to a menu group.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Close to save.
