Sage CRM is now installed or updated as a standalone product, while the Sage 100 CRM integration components are included in the Sage 100 build and must be installed for your version of Sage 100. This updated delivery model simplifies installation and allows Sage CRM and Sage 100 to be installed or upgraded independently.
