Starting with Sage CRM 2026 R1, Sage CRM is no longer bundled with the Sage 100 CRM integration components.  You now install Sage CRM as a standalone product.  The Sage 100 CRM integration components are in the Sage 100 build and you must install them for your version of Sage 100.  This updated delivery model simplifies installation and allows you to install or upgrade Sage CRM and Sage 100 independently.
