Support options Current access option AvidXchange Help Changes to support Starting March 2, 2026, you can create support cases with the following methods. Users won't have access to resource articles via the customer portal. you will no longer submit cases or access resource articles via the customer portal as you do today. After March 2, 2026, you will create cases by: - Access the AvidXchange Community
- Email the support address: [email protected]
- Call the Customer Care phone number: 888-666-2673 x 1
- After this date, you can no longer submit cases through the customer portal or individual AvidXchange email addresses
