Check that Microsoft .Net is installed, and all applicable Windows Updates are successfully competed.
Rerun the Sage 300 ERP installation.
Manually register a4wcrinterop.dll according to instructions in KB 18397.
If still not printing then:
Download and install the standalone version of the Crystal Runtime Engine located on the page below. Currently we advise to install, Support Pack 8 - 32 Bit MSI for Sage 300 ERP 2012, or Support Pack 14 - 32 Bit MSI for Sage 300 ERP 2016, or Support Pack 14 (or 16) - 32bit.msi for Sage 300 2017.
