| | How do I process just one check? |  
 | Resolution |  - From the Tasks menu, select Enter Checks
 - Click List, select the correct time entry view, and then click OK.
 - Type the correct date in the Period Begin Date box or accept the prefill date and click OK.
 - Click List, select the correct Employee, and then click OK.
 - Type the correct date in the Period End Date box.
 - Press the TAB key twice.
 - Verify time entries and make corrections if needed.
 - Click Process, select the calculation frequency, and then click OK.
 - Click Chk Info, and verify that the amounts are correct.
 Note: If the time, deductions, taxes or fringe amounts are not correct, make the corrections and restart at Step 8. - Click OK.
 - Click Accept Check and then click Finish.
 - Print check or generate direct deposit.
