How do I process just one check?

Resolution
  1. From the Tasks menu, select Enter Checks
  2. Click List, select the correct time entry view, and then click OK.
  3. Type the correct date in the Period Begin Date box or accept the prefill date and click OK.
  4. Click List, select the correct Employee, and then click OK.
  5. Type the correct date in the Period End Date box.
  6. Press the TAB key twice.
  7. Verify time entries and make corrections if needed.
  8. Click Process, select the calculation frequency, and then click OK.
  9. Click Chk Info, and verify that the amounts are correct.
    Note: If the time, deductions, taxes or fringe amounts are not correct, make the corrections and restart at Step 8.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Accept Check and then click Finish.
  12. Print check or generate direct deposit.
