[BCB:4:Operating system warning:ECB] Important: All of these solutions require Administrator privileges. Option 1 - Remove TS PDF Generator through Windows Settings
- Close 300CRE.
- Open Windows Settings, Printers & scanners.
- Click TS PDF Generator and choose to Remove device.
- Reboot the computer and make sure that that the TS PDF Generator is no longer in the list.
If it is still in the list, there may be print jobs waiting. Cancel them and then remove the printer again. Reinstalling - Open File Explorer and navigate to: \\YourSageServerName\Timberline Office\9.5\ACCOUNTING\WinInst\Prerequisites\PDF Converter
- Right click on RunAmyuniInst.exe and run as administrator.
- Open 300CRE and try to print again.
Option 2 - Remove TS PDF Generator manually - Open Printers & scanners, click on the TS PDF Generator and select Remove Device.
- Open Windows Explorer and browse to %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Drivers\x64\3 and delete all files that begin with ACpdf*, ACFpdf.txt and Cdintf* files.
- Delete these files from any subdirectories as well.
- Delete the amyuni_amyunidocumentconverter* directory if it exists.
- Open C:\Windows\System32 and delete all Cdintf* file.
- Open C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (if it exists) and delete all Cdintf* files.
- Open the C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\Shared directory and delete all Cdintf* files.
ReInstalling - Run the RunAmyUnilnst.exe to install the TS PDF Generator Amyuni driver:
- Sage 300 CRE : Navigate to \\[Servername]\Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\WinInst\Prerequisites\PDF Converter\RunAmyUnilnst.exe
- Once the installation is complete, open Windows Settings, Printers & scanners.
- Select TS PDF Generator, Manage, Printer properties,
- Select the Advanced tab and verify that the following options are set:
- Always Available
- Priority: 1
- Driver: Amyuni Document Converter 550
- Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster
- Start printing after last page is spooled
- Uncheck Enable Advanced Printing Features if checked.
- Select Security tab, select Everyone in the Groups or user names box and ensure Print, Manage Documents and Manage Printer options are checked.
- Go to Ports tab, and ensure Port for TS PDF Generator printer is set to NUL:
