Delete the licensed computer name in License Manager. Note that deleting a License invalidates your serialisation key and Sage Intelligence will need to be re-serialized online.

1. Open License Manager
2. Double click on the Customer Account Number (on left side) in the object window and all assigned workstation licenses will be displayed
3. Highlight the Computer Name (on left side) which will no longer be used
4. Right click on the Computer Name and select Delete
5. Click Yes to Are you sure you want to delete the License [Computer Name]?
6. Click Yes to Warning: Deleting a license will invalidate the serialisation keys and serialisation will have to be re-performed online before any of your users will be able to access. Are you absolutely sure you wish to delete the license."
7. Close License Manager
