Remove a workstation license

Open License Manager

• Open License Manager from Sage 100 Intelligence.

Display assigned licenses

• Double-click the Customer Account Number on the left side (house icon).
• Review all assigned workstation licenses in the object window. A list of computer names displays along with their assigned licenses.

Delete the computer name

• Select the Computer Name that is no longer in use.
• Right-click the selected Computer Name, and choose Delete.

Confirm deletion

• Click Yes when prompted to confirm deletion of the license.
• Click Yes again on the warning message to proceed (the serial number remains valid).

Close License Manager

• Close License Manager after you complete the process.
