Link tables in an export job

1. Open Visual Integrator, Main, Export Job Maintenance.
2. Open an existing export job or create a new export job.
3. On the Configuration tab, click Link.
4. Verify that all key fields from the Link Table Name exist in the Primary Table Name.
   • A valid link requires matching key fields in both tables.
5. Determine the required key fields.
   • Review File Layouts under Resources on the Sage 100 Desktop.
6. Enter a Sequence Number.
   • Use 00 if no tables are currently linked.
7. Create a link expression that includes all key fields from the Link Table Name.
   • Separate each field with a + sign.
