This file is specific to each Windows user profile. If the issue is happening for more than one of your users, delete this file for each Windows user. You can locate the file in C:\Users\{UserName}\App Data\Roaming\Sage\Sage BusinessWorks.

Follow the directions
If you prefer to follow step-by step guidance, use the steps below.
Right-click the Start button, then choose File Explorer.
Choose the C:\ drive.
Select the Users Folder.
Select the folder with your current Windows User Id.
Select the AppData folder.
If the App Data folder doesn’t display.
Select the View tab.
Check the Hidden items check box.
If you don’t see the Hidden items check box, select Options, click the View tab. Then select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Select the Roaming folder.
Select the Sage folder.
Select the Sage BusinessWorks folder.
Rename the BWPrinter.dat file to BWPrinter.old.
You’ll then need to reselect your default printers and forms in Sage BusinessWorks.
