• Restoring data from backup: Sage 300 CRE Support is unable to assist with restoring data using third party backup software or restoring from certain types of external media. Be sure to consider this when developing your disaster recovery plan.
• Installation Software/Files: The installed version of your installation software/files will provide the files to reinstall the program as well as provide the necessary documentation. If you need to replace these files, please access the downloads from the Sage Knowledgebase or contact Sage Support.

Items you will need to recover Sage 300 CRE Accounting:

• A backup copy of all Sage 300 CRE Accounting program files (typically installed at C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\9.5) and data files
• Your version of Sage 300 CRE Accounting installation software/files
• Contact information for your authorized Sage Channel Partner and Sage Support

Items you will need to recover Sage Estimating:

• A backup copy of estimates and databases
• Installed version of Sage Estimating installation software/files
• Registration name and activation code information
• Copy of the LM.lic file if you use License Manager
• USB or serial port protection device
• Contact information for your authorized Sage Estimating Business Partner and Sage Estimating Support

Items you will need to recover Document Management:
