Locate and open a PRN or printout file

From Sage Desktop

1. Launch Sage Desktop.
2. Go to Applications, Common Tasks, File, Company Settings, Printouts.
3. In the Look in field, click the drop-down arrow. Browse to the location where you save the printout.
4. Select the file and click Open.

From a module/application

1. In the application, go to File and then Printouts.
2. In the Look in field, click the drop-down arrow. Browse to the location where you saved the printout.
3. Select the file and click Open.

Windows Explorer

1. Use Windows Explorer to browse to the folder where you saved the file.
2. Double-click the printout file.
3. A login prompt appears if you have Sage Security enabled.
4. Enter the Sage credentials to open the printout.
