| How do I delete a recurring charge in Property Management? |

WARNING: If the recurring charge is deleted, any reports designed to show what the recurring charge amount was as of a particular date will no longer show this recurring charge. If you need to keep the recurring charge on the lease for reporting purposes, but you want to stop generating charges for it, enter a Terminate Date for the charge on the Recur Charges tab on the lease (Tasks, Manage Leases, Change Lease). If the Terminate Date is on or before the last rent roll date on the property, charges will not be created when you run generate rent roll.
- In Property Management, from the Tasks menu, select Manage Leases, Change Lease.
- Select the appropriate Lease from the list.
- Click the Recurring Charges tab.
- To select the charge to delete, click the gray field to the left of the Charge Type column for the recurring charge you want to delete.
- Right-click, select Delete Row, and click Yes.
- Repeat these steps for each lease and recurring charge you want to delete.
- Click Close.
