Technical support for Sage Fixed Assets is available through the following channels:
  • Live Chat is available 9:00AM - 8:00PM ET via the Sage Fixed Assets Program. Go under the Help menu, select Sage Support, and Live Chat.
    • Access to Live Chat support is typically available from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET.
    • You must have a valid support plan for Sage Fixed Assets.
    • Alternatively, click the 'Chat now’ link below or visit the Community Hub Resource Centre. Select your Country, select Sage Fixed Assets, and click Chat with Sage.
  • Log in to the Customer Portal to submit an internet case. You can submit cases 24 hours a day. They’ll typically receive a response within one business day.
