File location notes

Note: Throughout this article, xxx represents the company code.
  • PDF storage locations depend on settings in Paperless Office maintenance tasks, such as Report Maintenance.
  • AP*, AR*, and PR* files reside in each company's APxxx, ARxxx, and PRxxx data directories.
  • PL_* files reside in ..\MAS90\MAS_System.
  • SY_* files reside in ..\MAS90\SOA.
The following files store Paperless Office log information:
File Purpose
\\MAS90\MAS_XXX\APXXX\AP_VendorPDFLog.m4t Stores vendor PDF logs, including purchase orders.
\\MAS90\MAS_XXX\ARXXX\AR_CustomerPDFLog.m4t Stores customer PDF logs, including sales orders and invoices.
\\MAS90\MAS_XXX\PRXXX\PR_EmployeePDFLog.m4t Stores employee PDF logs, including direct deposit stubs.
