As of Sage 100 (formerly MAS90/200) version 4.30, Paperless Office is included as a standard module application. In earlier versions of Sage MAS 90 or 200, Paperless Office was an optional enhancement provided if one purchased the appropriate Sage Extended Solutions (formerly Macabe Easy Solutions).

The following table lists the location of the data files that contain setup and location information.

Notes:

• xxx denotes the company code throughout this article
• PDF file storage locations are based on settings in various Maintenance tasks in the Paperless Office Setup menu (for example, Report Maintenance)
• AP*, AR* and PR* data files are located in each company's "APxxx", "ARxxx", and "PRxxx" module data directories, respectively
• PL_* data files are located in "..\MAS90\MAS_System" where Sage 100 is installed
• SY_* data files are located in "..\MAS90\SOA" where Sage 100 is installed

Version 4.30 and higher:

Paperless Office log information is stored in the following data files:

• \\MAS90\MAS_XXX\APXXX\AP_VendorPDFLog.m4t for Vendor PDFs such as purchase orders
• \\MAS90\MAS_XXX\ARXXX\AR_CustomerPDFLog.m4t for Customer PDFs, such as sales orders and invoices
• \\MAS90\MAS_XXX\PRXXX\PR_EmployeePDFLog.m4t such as Employee PDFs direct deposit stubs
• \\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\PL_JournalPDFLog.m4t for registers and journals printed to Paperless Office PDFs, such as the S/O Sales Journal or G/L Daily Transaction Register
• \\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\PL_PeriodEndPDFLog.m4t for period end reports printed to Paperless Office PDFs, for reports printed during Period End Processing
• \\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\PL_ReportPDFLog.m4t for reports printed to Paperless Office PDFs, such as the G/L Chart of Accounts or A/P Trial Balance
