| Resolution | - Right-click the Windows start menu and select Computer Management.
- If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Yes.
- In the console tree, click System Tools, then Shared Folders.
- Click Open Files.
- Select any files showing BWServer, BWLauncher or Taskxxxx.
- Do one of the following.
- To close all open files and folders, on the Action menu, click Disconnect All Open Files
- To close a specific file or folder, right-click the file or folder and click Close Open File
