The reports print the following information:
Fields: The report includes the following information
Employee
Employee Name
Period End Date
Pay ID
Job
Extra
JC Cost Code
JC Category
Date
Units
Amount
SM Work Order
The PR Time Entries by employee.rpt report sorts by employee and includes totals by employee for Units and Amount.
The PR Time Entries by Period end date and employee.rpt sorts by Period End Date/Employee and includes both Employee and Period End Date totals. This report also defaults to include only Regular and Overtime pays based on a check box in the Print Selection window. Clear this check box to include all Pays.
Note: Use conditions to set a single Pay ID if you need totals for one Pay ID only.
