| Cause | Bad keyboard or mouse. |
| Resolution | This issue is normally isolated to one workstation with a faulty keyboard and/or mouse. - Try posting the transactions on another computer. If the issue is isolated to one workstation, replace the mouse and keyboard on the affected computer
- Check the Mouse Settings of the affected workstation in the Windows Control Panel, Mouse on the General tab to see if they are set too fast for double click. This can also cause duplicate postings
