Edit the State Tax ID in Sage BusinessWorks

This is an exclusive option and no other users can be in the program when changing the ID.

1. Access PR, Taxes, Activate States.
2. Select the appropriate state and press Enter.
3. The cursor defaults to the State Tax Id field.
4. Enter the new ID number.

Verify your State Tax ID in Enhanced Tax Reporting

1. Go to PR, Taxes, Enhanced Tax Reporting and eFiling and select any tax report.
2. When the report displays, go to Edit, Company Setup.
3. The Company Information screen will display. Review the information and select Next.
4. Continue to review the information and Next until you’ve completed your edits.
