  1. Click Start, All Programs
  2. Select Sage 50 Accounting 20xx and then Sage 50 Resources & Help
  3. Click Technical Support Utilities, and then Sage Advisor Diagnostic Tool
  4. Click Agree
  5. Click the checkbox next to .NET Error Check
  6. Click Run Selected Tests
  7. Results will appear in the Result Log
  8. If you receive any errors, .NET may need to be reinstalled. Please consult your IT group or local computer technician.
