  • You can install Sage BusinessWorks on a cloud-based server
  • If users remote into one computer in a Cloud environment, you need the Client Server edition of Sage BusinessWorks. Since the program uses Remote Desktop, it requires the Client Server Edition, just like a remote desktop (terminal) server install 
  • If using a virtual server with local installs of Sage BusinessWorks, the workgroup edition is suitable for up to 4 users.  If 5 or more users use the program, the Client Server Edition is required
  • If you’re looking for a cloud-based hosting solution, contact support for a list of partners that provide this service
  • Sage isn’t responsible for troubleshooting connectivity issues with a cloud server. Setting up the connection to a cloud-based server is the responsibility of the cloud host
