How do I allow cost codes and categories to be automatically added in Payroll Import time?

Resolution
  1. Go to Payroll, File, Company Settings, PR Settings, JC Entry Settings.
  2. Check the Allow addition of Cost Codes and categories during Import time.
  3. Click OK twice to save settings.

NOTE: The user importing time will need security rights to Setup, Cost Codes and Setup, Categories in Job Cost in order to set up new cost codes or categories through import time. If the user does not have sufficient security rights, the time entries will reject with "Rejected, Job xxx, Cost Code xxx, Category XX could not be created."
