The Billing Method you select in the job setup in Job Cost determines whether or not you enter Quick Bill invoices or Contract invoices.

• If you select Use Quick Bill, the invoices you enter don't affect the contract totals
• If you select Use Contracts, most invoices you enter will affect the contract totals
  • You can select Allow Quick Bill for contract-based jobs in BL Settings in Billing to enter invoices to the job without affecting your contract
