| Description | A Sage BusinessWorks profile install is used to place the necessary Sage BusinessWorks files under a specific Windows user profile. The profile install is used in the following scenarios: - To setup Sage BusinessWorks for multiple users on one computer
- To setup Sage BusinessWorks in a remote (Terminal Server) environment
- To install Sage BusinessWorks as a user that does not have local administrator rights (after the administrator installed the client under their profile)
- To install the program for a new user on the computer that doesn't have a Sage BusinessWorks icon

| Resolution | - If the client has not been installed on this computer, log into Windows as an administrator and run the client setup
- For each additional user on the computer, run BWProfile.exe as follows:
- Log into Windows as desired user
- From Windows Explorer, browse to the BusinessWorks program folder on the server (i.e. \\[servername]\Sage\BwProg)
- Run BWProfile.exe
- Follow the wizard to install the Sage BusinessWorks profile setup
- If prompted for a user login, enter the Network Administrator user ID and password
- Confirm that you can launch and run Sage BusinessWorks
- Repeat steps 2-6 for each additional user for that computer that will be using Sage BusinessWorks
