| Cause | Other users are in a module that is working with Inventory and specifically the CI_Item.m4t data file. |
| Resolution |
- Select Library Master, Main, Master Console to view users and tasks currently open in Sage 100 ERP
- Have users exit tasks in modules that access inventory files (for example, IM, SO, PO, JC, WO...)
- Select the Refresh button to be sure everyone is out
- Go to back to Inventory Management, Utilities menu, Standard Cost Adjustment, Delete and Change Items or Item Valuation Change
