Work-In-Progress entries that generate for a contract item with the following Billing types (contract item Billing tab) are sent to the History.blw file for reporting purposes and are not billable:
- Progress Billing
- Lump Sum
- Unit Price
Work-In-Progress entries that generate for a contract item with the following billing types are billable:
- Time and Materials
- Cost Plus to Maximum
