BW creates both, some banks need unbalanced for some reason and our engineers added the feature to accommodate. It is up to the user to know what file their bank accepts.

1. Payroll, Transfer, Create Direct Deposit File
2. Select the check box at the bottom of the screen for Create unbalanced file

Note: Records 627 and 628 are not created in an unbalanced file.
