To access and view files that have been Rename using the File Tools:

1. From the File menu, select Company Settings, then File Locations.
2. In File Locations locate GL Transaction line.
3. Click the Ask Me box to place a check mark.
4. Click OK.
5. You can now proceed with pulling up an Inquiry.
6. It will prompt you for the file name, at which time you will select the renamed file.
7. After viewing the renamed file(s), repeat the steps to remove the Ask Me check mark.
