  1. Open the Sage Desktop and log in as an Application Administrator or Security Administrator.
  2. From the Tools or Options menu, select Security Administration.
  3. Under the Security Permissions by Type, click Records.
  4. Clear the Activate record security check box.
  5. Click OK.
