Notes:

  • The Accrual or Cash option is required if the Accounting Method is set to Both. If the Accounting Method is not set to Both, the Accrual or Cash option field may be left blank and the default value (either 1 for Accrual method or 2 for Cash method) will be used.
  • The import file may contain both cash and accrual budget records.
  • Eleven digits plus the decimal point and sign (e.g., -9.2) may be entered for the annual amount, and for each of the period amounts.

;The next line provides an example of 12-period accounting (notice that a comma is needed after the 12th period amount if you are not using 13 periods)
