• The Audit setup activity check box is selected and the Print audit activity option is also selected in Tools, Options.
• The Print audit activity check box causes a report to print that keeps track of the changes you are making to your data.

To prevent the Audit Print Selection report from printing, uncheck the Print audit activity checkbox:

1. In TS-Main or any module/application, from the Tools menu, select Options.
2. Clear the Audit print selection check box.

Note: Audit setup activity should only be turned on for a specific reason, because having it on allows operators to make changes to total fields that are normally unavailable. Make sure to also turn off Audit Setup Activity when the task is completed.
