In versions 12.1 and later, the insurance company name copies to the commitment when the Require per commitment box is selected. If the box is not selected, no information copies to the commitment.

Compliance Management uses the vendor's insurance information if the Require per commitment box is not selected, and uses the commitment's insurance when the box is selected.
